We start with a portfolio review. Our team puts trained eyes on every site and delivers one plan: what is installed now, what should be there, when, at what cost, which rebates apply, and what the savings are. Sites are ranked so the fastest paybacks go first, and we will tell you where existing LED is fine to leave for now. The result is a 5-year plan for capital and energy reduction targets that you can budget against instead of fixing lighting piecemeal, one building at a time.
No. We never shut a business down. Installs are scheduled during normal hours or overnight, around how each site operates, so stores stay open and production keeps running. The schedule is set per location as part of the site package, so every team on the program works to the same plan.
Each site is handled on its own terms. In Ontario, Think Green is an authorized rebate partner, so the Save on Energy Instant Discount comes straight off your quote with no application for you to manage. Outside Ontario, programs vary by province and utility, and in the United States by energy provider. We identify what each location qualifies for and manage it as part of the program.
Facility assessments are free. We only charge when a national rollout means travelling to a large number of sites, and we agree that with you before any site visits are booked.
Yes. We offer full financing on projects, so a rollout can move across your portfolio without funding every site up front.
