Does my industry qualify?

Most existing commercial, industrial, institutional and agricultural facilities qualify for something. Manufacturing plants, warehousing and logistics, retail and commercial sites, agriculture and food facilities, and municipal and public buildings all have programs open to them. What changes is the size of the incentive, which comes down to your building type, your utility, the fixtures being replaced and how many hours a day your lights run. We identify what applies to your site before you commit to anything.

What does the warranty actually cover?

LED panels, high bays and low bays carry a 10-year limited warranty. Tubes, strips, wall packs and exterior fixtures carry 5 years. Both tiers include a 5-year performance guarantee on colour stability and lumen output, so the light holds its quality, not just the fixture. Coverage is for materials and workmanship, and the remedy is repair or replacement. Improper installation, electrical faults, environmental exposure outside rated limits, finish wear and modifications are not covered.

What kind of support do I get after install?

We commission the system after installation, verifying light levels and confirming everything operates as designed. From there you have warranty servicing and a direct line back to the team that delivered your project.

What if I spot a problem after the job?

Call us. Claims are made within 30 days of noticing an issue, and if it is covered we repair or replace the fixture, backed by the team that delivered your project.
