Estimates & pricing
Nothing. We visit your facility, assess your existing fixtures, and hand you a written scope and price with the projected savings behind it, whether or not you move forward. If you want the deeper picture, measured light levels, operating costs by zone, payback and ROI modelling and a full incentive review in a report you can budget from, that is our Lighting Energy Audit, which is also free.
It depends on facility size, fixture count and whether you add controls. Whatever your number is, you get it in writing before work starts, and anything that would change it is priced and approved by you before it happens.
Yes. Financing lets you upgrade without a capital outlay, spreading the cost over time while the new system reduces what you spend on energy and maintenance.

During the project
We coordinate schedules around your operations to minimize disruption, and work with facility staff as needed throughout.
It depends on facility size and scope. We give you a timeline before work starts, phase the work around your operating schedule, and tell you straight away if anything moves.
We remove and haul away every existing fixture as part of the installation, so nothing is left for your team to deal with and the site is left clean at the end of each shift.

Incentives & rebates
Yes. Many utilities across Canada offer incentives for LED retrofits, energy reductions, and operational improvements, and we build applications around your facility's calculated savings.
Federal and provincial programs support sustainability initiatives that reduce emissions and improve efficiency. Eligibility depends on your sector and facility classification.
Most existing commercial, industrial, institutional and agricultural facilities qualify for something. Manufacturing plants, warehousing and logistics, retail and commercial sites, agriculture and food facilities, and municipal and public buildings all have programs open to them. What changes is the size of the incentive, which comes down to your building type, your utility, the fixtures being replaced and how many hours a day your lights run. We identify what applies to your site before you commit to anything.
Warranty & after
LED panels, high bays and low bays carry a 10-year limited warranty. Tubes, strips, wall packs and exterior fixtures carry 5 years. Both tiers include a 5-year performance guarantee on colour stability and lumen output, so the light holds its quality, not just the fixture. Coverage is for materials and workmanship, and the remedy is repair or replacement. Improper installation, electrical faults, environmental exposure outside rated limits, finish wear and modifications are not covered.
We commission the system after installation, verifying light levels and confirming everything operates as designed. From there you have warranty servicing and a direct line back to the team that delivered your project.
Call us. Claims are made within 30 days of noticing an issue, and if it is covered we repair or replace the fixture, backed by the team that delivered your project.

Commonly-used lighting terms.
The words you'll see on your estimate, each explained in one simple sentence.
- Lumen
- The unit measuring total visible light output from a fixture.
- Lux / Foot-candle
- Units measuring light level at a surface. Lux is metric, foot-candle is imperial.
- Color temperature (CCT)
- Measured in Kelvin, describes how warm or cool a light source appears.
- CRI
- The Color Rendering Index, measuring how accurately a light source reveals true colors, on a 0 to 100 scale.
- Driver
- The component that regulates power to an LED fixture, similar to a ballast in older lighting.
- High-bay fixture
- A fixture designed for tall ceilings, typically in warehouses and industrial spaces.
- Wall-pack
- An exterior fixture mounted to a wall, commonly used to light building perimeters and parking areas.
- Photometric layout
- A lighting plan that simulates expected light levels across a space before installation.
- Commissioning
- The process of verifying a lighting system performs as designed after installation.
