Store #1 (2010): Showroom – 117 x 400 watt metal halide prismatic fixtures. High maintenance costs. Uneven lighting. High power bill. Buzzing.

Store #2 (2011): Showroom – Very uneven lighting with mixture of 400 watt and 1,000 watt metal halides. Maintenance issues with high ceilings and accessing fixtures above displays. Buzzing. High power bill.

Warehouse – Very poor lighting with a mixture of 400 watt and 1,000 watt metal halides. Buzzing. High power bill.

Store #3 (2012): New building. Appliance warehouse. T5 proposed.

THE SOLUTION

Store #1: One for one replacement of the 117 x 400 watt MH fixtures with 117 x 200 watt Think induction. Result – Quiet store with fantastic uniformity of light.

Store #2: Re-position lighting during the install of 59 x 250 watt Think prismatic fixtures in showroom and 42 x 200 watt Think high bays in the warehouse. Result – Quiet store with fantastic uniformity of light.

Store #3: New layout based on no maintenance Think induction lighting prior to construction.

Store #1: Savings of $10,206 per year (plus maintenance savings)
