Our Warranty Promise

All Think LED fixtures are covered by our comprehensive 5- or 10-year limited warranty, depending on the product type. Each warranty includes both materials and workmanship protection, plus our 5-year performance guarantee — ensuring the colour consistency, brightness, and overall quality of light meet our high standards.

10-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to select high-performance fixtures including LED panels, high bays, and low bays.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10 years from original installation date
  • Includes a 5-year guarantee on colour stability and lumen output — your light will stay bright, balanced, and consistent
  • Coverage backed by Think Green’s engineering and quality assurance process

5-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to all other Think LED luminaires including tubes, strips, wall packs, and exterior fixtures.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from installation
  • Includes 5-year colour and light-quality performance guarantee

What’s Not Covered

To ensure reliability, our warranties exclude:
